Made the rear seat removable. The rag is wet to catch the sparks from the Dremmel. The pins are 6x70 D hitch lock pins from Amazon.

The space is for a 60 litre floor bladder water tank.

The rear cover is huge, one of the edges just barely grazes the fuel tank skid but it doesn't make any noise when driving, so I'll leave it alone until the next diff fluid change.

Front cover seems to clear everything:
Is that the stock sway bar you are running or the thicker Addco one

Addco. It just kisses the fuel tank skid at full compression. I may try to make some thinner spacers to avoid that but during normal driving there's no noise or contact

I took it in for an alignment today, since I have too many other small projects to fiddle with adjusting it myself.

Fitted new headlights.

These ones...

Note also the PAR36 aircraft landing lights. They're only 100W halogen, but with a beam angle of 5° they throw a very long distance.

I like the bar, looks good and you can see its a jeep wearing it. Does the bar have" crush cans" or anything obvious for "air bag compatible " ?
