Please help. I have a 2004 grand Cherokee that was made in Austria. I am looking for the location of the swirl motor connector where I can install the 4.7k ohm resistor. I have the 2.7L diesel. Have searched U tube and others but the videos do not show the 2.7L diesel. Look forward to your assistance.
My jeep is fine until a few hundred meters when the MIL light comes on and the engine is limited to 2000rpm.
Its not very easy to get at the connector, so you may do better to tap into the wires on the bit of loom that goes in under the manifold. Also make sure the swirl motor linkage is parked in the open position and the linkage is still hooked up, otherwise the engine performance will suffer.
