Just got the Jeep back. WIN/steering lock module and antenna all needed replacing. $900 parts and $600 fitting at an independent.
Jeep wanted between $2200-2300.

Reading back a few posts regarding foot on brake at shut down, I never shut down with foot on brake, that along with foot resting on clutch peddle was something my brother in law who taught me how to drive, Army driving instructor, would thump my leg for doing, stop vehicle, out of gear, apply handbrake, release foot brake, shut down vehicle..... thou shalt not deviate from this sequence of events... unless being shot at..
Notice a lot of people with auto's use left foot for braking, dangerous stupid practice, possibly why many have prangs..... right foot for Go and Stop....
