SWB 4WDs have at times been hard to get accessories for. I used a rear awning for large 4WDS on the side of my TJ. 1.4 mtr dune awning from anaconda was the perfect fit on the side of my sharp wrax roof rack. EFS make a 2 mtr side Curtin that fits nicely on the side of the awning. It gives me plenty of room to roll out the swag and still have room for the camp chair.

I use a rear awning on the side of my WK2, I had a bigger one but hated the overhang, it would wobble like mad over corrugations. Plenty of room with the wall on the end and side, much lighter than a batwing
Yes I agree, I have seen several torn off the side of the vehicle when tree branches get caught between the overhang and the roof rack. It never ends well.
It’s a Sharp wrax from Western Australia, all alloy wasn’t cheap but very happy with it. I made up the front wind deflector and the brackets for the rod tube on the drivers side. I mounted the light bar up under the wind deflector. I run both the driving lights and the light bar off a double headlight relay hooked up the high beam to keep it all legal.
