Thought I would come back and re address this thread and explain what the problem turned out to be

I have a 2015 GC Overland Diesel , it started dropping oil in the carport concrete , once up to operating temperature I would return home and find approx 30mm round oil stain on the driveway
Engine has 60K on it and has been perfect with a tune done 10k ago
Mechanic suggested it was a blown head gasket,he had a think about it and researched and I did as well and he wanted another look at it.He found the problem being near the intersection of the head and timing cover area which he showed me
So it was booked in two weeks later to be fixed,I then went on an internet search mission to find an answer why
I eventually come across and article or video (cant remember) and a guy found that his Catch Can increased internal oil crankcase pressures which resulted in oil leaks,
mechanic removed the Catch Can and BANG Oil Leak Gone !!!!!!!!!!
So if you have an oil leak after installing a Catch Can,try disconnecting it first and see if it stops it ................

I am going back to the shop that supplied and fitted it to see if they can help as it is the cause of my problem and my now stained driveway...

Good find @Surnturf and great you got back........

I have long suspected the gimmicky valves they have in these catch cans would more than likely be the culprit, I didn't like the idea and dismantled the vacuum one and locked shut the HP one, so no chance they can fault and cause problems, no possibility for kinks in my hoses and not all are clamped so any chance of high pressure a hose will easily blow off, those that are clamped are with zip ties.... It a very simple low pressure system so staying with the KiSS principle works, no need to be overly complicated other than to sound good for the dollars they charge. My other catch cans were just a can stuffed with S/S wool and 2 hoses hanging off, they collected just as much as this fancy dancy job.......
