I've removed both of them a couple of weeks ago to give them a good clean, if you're removing the intercooler you may as well remove the radiator to give it t a clean. Mine was pretty dirty(mud).
Mine sit at 95°, but when towing the camper it's pretty often it reaches 103° sometimes up to 106 then drops.(going uphill)

How heavy is your camper? My van is just under 2T and I peaked out at 105 deg C this time with a mid 20's ambient. If it sits the same when its mid 30's outside I'd be happy.

Well this is what the stereo needed.

Just finished fitting the new double DIN headunit. Still using the stock amp for the door speakers, but added a monoblock amp and 12" sub in the back. This used to be the sub woofer in the lounge room, but that amp packed it in so figured I should reuse the speaker here. It only barely squeezes in for depth inside the wheel. Obviously the spare has been flipped. It is still bolted down. I just cut down the tie bolt, and machined a bit off the handle.

New 6x9's in the front, but now really need to replace the rear door speakers with something better. They are letting the system down big time. Might start the search for some better dash tweeters when I get to it also.

Ohh yeah. Rattles the garage door if I have it closed.

Also just changed the front and rear diff oils. Went with Penrite PRO GEAR 80W-140 (Full Syn.). Man what a difference that has made.

My rear diff used to groan like an old man when going around corners. Mostly when cold, but even a gentle turn would have is complaining. Now, whisper quiet. Even the whine at 90 has gone. Still works well though. It has been raining a bit lately and the diff still locks up well when one wheel lets go. Doesn't take much either which is nice.

Next is to replace the front CV's. They have started clicking.

Do you have Infinity Sound? How'd you integrate the new head?

Tweeters? See http://www.jgcparts.com/jeeptweeters.html
You can get them via Amazon or Ebay as well.

Yep, Infinity sound with the amp under the back seat. It has 4 inputs and 6 out.

Just hooked the pre-outs from the headunit to the amp through the original harness, and ran a new cable down to the sub amp. Had the wrong wire for the remote amp on signal, but a quick flip around and it fired up nicely.

The headunit has 2v pre-outs which seem to do fine. If the day comes that I want it louder, I have another 4 channel amp here I could throw in. A bloke was throwing it out for free as it didn't work. Fixed 1 dry joint and it stated punching out the sound.
