Default Aus delivered JL sport front brakes 2 piston?

I am looking at upgrading JK wrangler brakes. I am wondering if the JL sports come with the 2 piston callipers in the front? I know for sure JL Rubicon’s comes with 2 piston callipers and a larger disk. Generally, aus delivers jeeps have heavy-duty brakes compared USA variants. I wonder if aus delivered JL sports also come with HD brakes? If a JL sports owner can check and confirm if its twin pistons front that would be much appreciated. Thank you

I think maybe JT might work but heard it has to be JL HD’s. BBK big brake kit used Ram 1500 calipers.

Your issue will be the bracket bolt alignment, then matching the calipers and rotors to the right size tires / offset to fit. I also read you should upgrade the brake booster?

I am fairly confident JL heavy-duty brakes fit JK. There is a YouTube video of JL HD brakes getting fitted to a JK. Here is the link

So HD brakes from JL should fit. This is a better upgrade than teraflex bbk as it uses Mopar parts and would be easy to source in Aus.

I want to know if JL or JT non-rubicon models delivered in Australia come with HD brakes as well.

I am thinking one could potentially just get away just using the JL calliper adapters and using the factory JK callipers then fitting a larger disk (JL disk). This should increase stopping power while keeping the factory brake system. This would be a cost-effective brake upgrade.

My understanding is all AUS delivered jks after 2012 came with a bigger brake master cylinder and all CRD jks came with a bigger master cylinder.
