Well the Transport fellas when they put you on a scale will go by the compliance plate and/or data recovered from the RVD listings, they will ignore things like a handbook, WSM even a recent weigh ticket, if its not on the plate it doesn't exist... thats why when you get an upgrade (not possible with these) you get a mod plate.
With the GCM stated as 6099 then thats good enough for me, just have to watch the GVM and GTM as the GTM figure isn't fixed like the ATM it will move depending on the ball weight, and is governed by max ball weight and axle load rating, its a wicked web of detail........ at least as you burn fuel you get lighter...
GTM being the figure of ATM minus ball weight......
ViN Number, ATM and axle load cap if noted are the only factual figures on the compliance plate, they are fixed max figures, the Tare, GTM and ball weight shown are mythical as they change all the time, same as the tugs GVM and GCM they are fixed max figures along with axle loading and all must tick the boxes to comply but not all will tick at times, even the tyre pressure on the placard should be used as a guide to work from.
