We have a few options for kits but they are essentially all the same including the comprehensive wiring that connects into the ecu.

You can get a kit from Jeep (Mopar), Hayman Reece https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/29493838...IaAo9IEALw_wcB or here https://www.fastfitbullbars.com.au/p...4d-ute-2020-on
They are all around the $900 mark supply only. The hitch bit is the easy cheap bit, the harness is complex and the exxy bit.

Here are a couple of pics of the instructions for the Mopar kit I have.
Ah now I get it, the pics show it all thanks. I thought I would be getting a complete towbar for a $1000 bucks like the yanks do. It's just the receiver, thats ok.
Jeez ol mate in NZ paid up for his $1800!!!!!
Quote from local Jeep came in at $1000 supply only.

I ended up going for the Hayman Reece towbar for the gladiator… The main reason was that no Jeep dealer had the towbar in stock and it would take 6 to 8 weeks before they would get a kit from the states… It took two days for the towbar shop- Carasel in Liverpool- to get me a tow bar.. Cost $975.00 for the bar, another few hundred for the wiring harness and fitting…
Then another $1000.00 to get the redarc electric brake control kit fitted as well…

The more I look into it I can't help but think we're getting shafted on these towbars. Does anyone know if a wiring loom like this would work ? https://www.etrailer.com/Custom-Fit-...leID=202199757

No that won't work as it's for the US version. The AU loom connects into the factory loom differently and has our standard 7 pin plug where the US has 4 pin.

Couldn't say for sure but looking at the photos it's quite different to the Aussie loom that I installed and plugs into the factory loom in different locations.

Found this too but withouth a harness it's useless. I've asked everywhere but none of the suppliers will cut loose a harness on its own. Ah capitalism such a wonderful concept.

OK so further research finds Mopar has the separate wiring harness available for $487.
ARK have a universal kit for about $150 that you splice into your wiring but they say not for Canbus systems.https://www.arkcorp.com.au/product/ecu-harness-kit/
Are ours Canbus at the tail lights where you would splice into? I'm getting feedback from installers that they use these with no dramas on Gladiators. Not being much of an electrician can someone confirm that it's feasable or not?
I'm also informed that if done correctly it should not affect warranty ?
