Buggar paying these stupid prices jeep charge for a small bit of rubber hose.
When you you think about it, you can replace all four of the suspect hoses for under $50 using a commodore heater hose for the oil cooler, a falcon bypass hose
for the egr, a bit of 3/8 silicine hose fir the rear turbo hose and turbo coolant hose.
Jeeps price would be over $200?

That applies to all brands really, if you bought the same hose from Ford or Holden sit down first............. hoses I always take the old one or at least the measurements and look for similar in a hose bin if its not listed for the vehicle in a catalogue............ often a cross reference of the part number will often show up on a more popular vehicle so you don't have to order it in as its on the shelf......

Default EGR hose

I bought this EGR Coolant hose including plastic elbow off Aliexpress for about $30. There are ripoffs on ebay for the exact same for $300. It looks ok quality but when I fitted it leaked at oring end and I re fitted the old one for the time being.
I had just done Turbo coolant hoses and oil cooler so had had enough at that stage.
I think it just needs the face fine sanded as there are some moulding marks or the bush stoping a good seal.

The AliExpress ones are genuine Mopar ones as using their registered brand a probably under some uk licence to manufacture vs USA. I got the water pump plastic pipe from AliExpress and again same packaging. Was expecting a crappy one as just wanted one in reserve. Pretty happy with their quality and pricing though.

The outlet pipe on the early wk2 diesels (around 2013) had a metal fitting on the egr and a metal bypass peice.
I managed to score the metal egr fitting but havnt tried to fit it to my 2015 yet.
It appears to have a thin metal type gasket rather than the 0 ring so not sure if it would work on later vm diesels but way more solid than the plastic ones!!
