What needs to be done to resolve the issues?

EDIT: D'oh! That's the part you were asking about. Yes, I would do that.
2nd Edit: I'd watch that hose that is resting on top of the turbine side of the turbocharger. It won't last long. I also see you are LHD. Getting to the bolt on the clamp might be fun with AC and steering in that area.

I replaced the Exhaust Pipe Clamp at the beginning of the week
