one gose to the vac on the carb and the other two are directional so hook one to the vac and check witch one has vac then turn the switch and c if the vac gose from one to another then if its working when the switch is in normal mode the hose with vac gose to the rear line on the solinoid on the t/case I THINK but its been a while since i had a qaudratrac failing that you will just have to swap the hoses around i think the quad is working you are just bringing in the permadent side
also check the condition of the hoses because if there are any vac leaks it wont work
when it is working the emergency drive light should come on in the speedo hope this helps

Ian rang me this afternoon and the lines are marked, black, white and red. would this help? Like could you have a look at yours?

He picked up a spare tyre today and was hoping to get it in for a road worthy and registered by the weekend.

Sorry i dont have my quad cj7 any more i now own an 82 cj7 with a dana 300
what ive told you is all from memory sorry ithink the one from the middle of the switch goes to vac you may just have to play with the 3 hoses or give mascot motors a call and ask for steve

I just got the Quadratrac going after removing all the vac lines and cleaning them out, It seems to work a treat even the light works on the speedo.Thanks Again
