cant go past italian made flashpoint, previously piranha alarms

i currently have a flashpoint and its tops, rolling code, non key systyle master key, microwave sensor, black wiring, 3 point immobisor etc etc etc

i have had flashpoint twice now and a piranha and they were all tops.

not sure if your from sydney, if you are try sound master at hursville you'll be pleasently surprised at their prices. - moongoose and flashoint.

my alarm was $750 that included front 2 door central locking, next cheapest quote for same features in any brand was $905, same flashpoint $1050 and even upto $1375

I've got the viper with microwave sensor. Works like a treat. You can also turn off the microwave sensor with the remote and just set the normal alarm. I think you can also adjust the sensitivity on the microwave sensor. No probs

HAHAHAHAHAHAH.....you lot are SOOOO funny.

I got an Autowatch Yellowline with Dualtech (Ultrasonic & Microwave sensors) and i think this is an excellent alarm without costing a fortune. I paid $290 for it (got it from a friend in the audio industry) and i must say that i am well impressed. No false alarms at all...not even with the soft-top down.

With this alarm you get the dualtech (optinal), Shock sensor and 4 stage immobiliser.

For $290 (which is NOT retail) i'd say it's a bargain. And yes....it IS a reputible alarm.

The dualtech works excellently to prevent false alarms. The ultrasonic creates a "barrier" arround the car. You can adjust that to be 30cm arround the car or 2m arround the car. Then once that is activated it waits for the MICROWAVE sensors to avtivate before tha alarm goes off.

This alarm (like all others) has black wiring and everything else.

After installing my own alarm i can safely say that if you are paying over $1000 for an alarm or even over $600 (without installation) you are getting ripped off.

The flash point is the way to go. I have 2 of my friends with one and I used to have one. We have all had our cars broken into with this alarm and the thief never got them. The boxes containing the alarm hardware were smashed to pieces and still the alarm was active. You can also add a unit that calls your mobile when the alarm triggers and Dual zone microwave as well.

For the flashpoint alarm you go to Piranha themselves they are in Elizabeth St in Surry Hills there prices are the best as you are dealing with the wholesaler

Dont forget to add a hidden killswitch. All of these alarms are great, but they are standard. Most decent (bit of a paradox) car theives learn these alarms before they steal the car. Putting something different in your vehicle can throw them off.
