Hi guys, i am new to all things jeep and 4wd and am about to head to the snow in the highlands of tasmania. What i would like to know is what do i use each of the transfer case modes for? ie high full, high part etc
Any other advice regarding this type of touring in an xj will be greatly appreciated...

Hey there Junglejuice

I found this website really useful when I first bought my XJ earlier this year. Was posted on this forum a while back but I will attach the link for you:

Scroll the cursor over the "Get Ready" tab and then click on the "See how Jeep 4x4 system works" heading and it will take you though a good flash presentation of when and how to use the Selec-trac 4 transmittion on the XJ's.
