I have to ask though.........it seems there is enough clearance to run these without any lift whatsoever so why are some of you spending out your hard earned dollars on lift kits ?
Can any of you say for a fact that you NEEDED to lift it rather than just WANTED to for looks ?
Ok on a STOCK TJ it gets your diffs up higher for decent cost. Also looks better and still goes pretty darn well i thought.

Lifting it does give you that bit extra and does perform better. But a set of 31's r a great investment for a stock or slightly lifted TJ. Just park next to a stock as a rock TJ and your answer will be confirmed.

Thats just IMHO tho.

I'm thinking about running my original rims & GSA's to ease the wear on my 31's in between offroad trips but i'm gonna be so embarrassed without my 31's...
