Fraser Is caravan spot avail Dec 06

We have booked "the last" caravan camping spot on Fraser Is, Waddy Point, from 27-31 Dec (ie in on 27th out on 31st). It is spot 3, there are still days either side avaialble also (lots before 27th and also 31 Dec and 1 Jan).

Cost me $70 or thereabouts for 2ad 2 chn.

When we booked it was the only non-booked van site on the island for that week and so I grabbed it and then checked tide charts and stuff. We have decided not to use the spot, will still visit the island but won't try to get 1.9tonne of offroad van that far up the beach, as high tide on 27th is around lunch time and we have to get to Instep Pt from Gayndah before catching the ferry across. Instead we'll go on the ferry later in the day and just camp somewhere near Eurong or Dilli Village.

QNPWS don't give refunds and have no way of cancelling a booking. Seems a shame for the spot to go to waste so if you want it PM me. Some money toward the cost would be helpful but not essential.
