Also got TPG ADSL2, support is carp but then I know what I'm doing so dont really care. I get about 8mbps as I'm a loooong way from the exchange (two suburbs) but then it was a free upgrade from ADSL. I pay $49.95 for 18GB a month and then capped at 128/128. Fine for getting my email and surfing forums.

Cheers
Steve

Another vote for Iinet, I've used them for work for years and they've been brilliant, recently signed up for phone/net bundle at home.

Great service when need it (which is very rare).

We use Westnet at work, and I have found their support to be brilliant. We had a few switch over teething problems, they answered the phones relatively quickly and rang me back when the problem was fixed, even if that meant ringing my mobile after I have left the office. No outage ever in the 22 months since.

We are on a business grade service, but a mate's business is with them just using a standard grade and he reports similar service quality.
