Default TJ snorkel

looking at fitting a snorkel to the 97 TJ just wondering about prices where to go to get them and how hard it is to fit your self.

get one from the local arb store or make one yourself!!!

List price from ARB is about $650 fitted. I had a mate fit one himself, and let me just say I think I'd always get it done professionally... for $160 extra it's worth the neat job! LOL... but maybe that's just me knowing my own workmanship.

It took me about 20 min to fit mine but at least an hour of measuring and checking before I was game to cut the hole

I fitted my snorkel. Really a peace of piss.
I did have to buy (from memory) a 52mm holesaw.cost about $52 too i think. But i enjoy doing the work myself. It took me about a 6pack in time to do.
It really wasn't hard and if you have a mate that wants a snorkel you can both tool around togeather insalling snorkels.Great fun!!!
