The Grand has finally been fixed and is all systems go. In the end the following was replaced/done;
1. PCM 2 times - 1st replacement was cactus from Eurpoe.
2. Injectors - The old ones did not want to talk to the new PCM!
3. Wiring harness.
4. O2 sensor - wacked out and sending dodgy signals to the black boxes and causing all sorts of mayhem.
5. Service 4WD light came on again and the reflashed the kit for the 3rd time I think?
All up it took from Feb to July to resolve and at least 15 days in the Dealership and probably past $10G in gear and time.
Good news is that it drives as good as it did the day I picked it up and Albion Jeep have been great. Most of the issues were a first for them and also the big boys at head office.
I am happy now and will look into doing Grand day out again!
