Default Neoprene Seat covers

I had my 34000k service today, funny as I've only done 23000k's. Anyway the wife & I have been thinking about seat covers for the front & the back. Mostly to protect the seats from the kids dropping food & drink, I asked the service fellow & he told me he can get "Neoprene Seat Covers" for the front only, no back. The set is around $350+ but is made for the KJ, does anyone have a set that they can comment on.

I recal CPC posting about seat covers, not sure if it was back or front & I didn't read it as I wasn't interested in seat covers back then. I think I need to do a search.

I also picked up a 2006 accessories list for the KJ, they have Rene rock rails. Are they any good? I'm not interested in getting any, just interested if they are the real deal or just for show.

Neoprene is great - picked some for the TJ from seatglovers in the US (ebay) a while back and better than anything I've seen locally. The dog vomit just washed off... honest.

But for the KJ the options I;ve found are mopar 1200 for front and rear but only up to 2002 from what IVe' ben told . Or wet okole for all years US$700 front and back plus shipping

Or go local and canvas which would be better

For now, given the price of tyres, lifts and gears, disposible super cheap at $50 for a full, badly fitted set is good enough for me.

But the Wet okole's are on the wish list.

Neoprene is nice stuff. If it comes with a UV protectant..........use it! They will fade on you otherwise.

The set I had was by Wet Okole, and at least here in the states......they're the tops when it comes to neoprene.

That's a good responce for the covers, thanks guy's. I will lookinto finding the back covers from Mopar & see if it's better get them as a set. Otherwise it's front from Chatswood & the back from the US.
