IPOD Connection to Stereo

Hey all!

We are looking to get our IPOD Nano connected to the Wrangler's stereo.

We are trying to work out the best way to do this with-out jepardising the sound quality. Also we would like a Holder for the IPOD so it's not scooting around the dash.

Does anyone have any idea's on how to set this up the best with the Wrangler?

ihave the renegade pack. the stereo has an mp3 input plug on the front of it??????

does it have a audio input or are you going to use a fm modulator?


if you goin for a fm mod belkin makes one that is a holder that plugs into the ciggy lighter, and has a long arm that holds it up beside the radio, thats what im using in my grand

itwill have an mp3 plug in the front of the stereo which is the same plug as the earphones on the mp3 player go to dick smiths or alike and get a cord with this plug on both ends then plug it in i use my mp3 player all the time in the car the sound quality is great and it will display the same info on the screen as it does on the player
at big w or super cheap auto get a mobile phone holder that fits the nano and your away

Hey Tiny what do you mean by this? I have a creative mp3 player I use in the JK but the screen always says AUX IN on the stereo what type of player do you have?

i have a creative and it says that to start with then if you hit the info button i think thats what it is called without going to the car its on the right hand side of the stereo it will put al the info you have on the mp3
