Not unless they can get their foot into the engine bay. The 'drain' actually exits in a horizontal line from the ac unit under the dash into the engine bay where the water usually drips out of the tube and runs back into the cab on the outside of the same drain. Make sense?
The fix is to install an elbow into the drain on the engine side of the firewall to force the water to drop vertically so it can't flow back into the cab.

Aw gee! I pushed a large 'zip tie' up that engine bay outlet..It went in 11 1/2" (close to 300) and hit a solid stop..No signs of hornets nests etc at all..What now? Killa might have the clue..Maybe capillary action is happening and the H2o is running back into the cab via the outside of the pipe..Now to fit an elbow on the engine bay firewall.One of those grey electricians (240v) conduit elbows should come close,with a dab of good old silicone. Thanks guys.
