i have the same issue with both my trailers i have swapped the axle to below the springs and am puttin in some greasable shackles and am putting the 245/75/16s off the jk on them better tyres gets the trailer off the ground as well

Light truck tyre with I think - old desert dueller pattern - at
Frank Cross Tyres ( Dubbo ). Bob Jane had something too. Also, a limited numbers of retreads are available ( if you trust them ) in style you want.
Nuther option is jeep rims and recycle your veh tyres for a few more miles.
