I have for sale regrettably, my faithful old scout,It's running a warm 360 chrysler 4barrel running on duel fuel (OHG mixer), extractors single 3"inch exhaust, mopar igniton,has a/c & power steer, backing up the 360 is a modified 727, with 2200rpm stall,727 has bolt in sprag ,extra clutches , new heavy duty bands & pump ,deep tranny pan & shift improver kit. behind the tranny have a bullet proof dana 20 thats had a twin stick conversion done .Diffs are dana 44's with 4.56:1 yukon gear sets with detroit lockers both ends, front axle has had a cut & turn done on the knuckles to compensate for the lift.To cope with the low gears on the highway Shes running an electric overdrive transmission coupled to the transfercase. tyres are 33's about 50% worn. Has about a 4 inch spring lift ,& 2" body lift, also running 3/4 eliptic Or "buggie"springs on the rear, this is a very capable old truck with heaps of grunt, comes with heaps of spare parts panels , reverse shackle springs set of 16" rims & tyres etc fibreglass rear 1/4 panels brought in from the US, has fibreglass windscreen surround fitted, two tail gate setups (lift & split) . Does need some tlc on the body the paint is buggered but all rust has been cut out several years ago & none has returned. mechanicals are good diffs engine & tranny have only done between 15/ 25K. Also comes with new front brake rotors & caliper kits also rear rotors to suit a disc brake conversion which I started to gather parts for & some front radius arms for a coil spring conversion on the front. would make a tidy 4x4 with a new coat of paint & tlc interior is fair but functional. would consider trading with a jeep XJ cherokee post 97 model. currently registered & daily driver.
