you should think about replacing it with an electric, if replacing the clutch is going to be a pain.

Just on the subject..Jeep dealership told me a fan clutch for my TJ was $900 for the part and Jeep would be in the shop for a day.

I informed them they could be purchased online from America for $70 plus shipping and installed by me in 1/2 hr and got a blank look and no reply....

Didn't even bother ordering from US,just got one off Wooders sent to my door in a couple of days

the fan clutch that i got is a DAYCO brand ,part number 115049 ,to suit Commedoore VB-VK,Kingswood HQ-WB, 6/8 cyl ,76-88 ,7 blade fan
fitted on my 94 xj and works a treat !
