When looking at the pics the gaps (front and rear) betweent the flares and the tyres on the drivers side is much less than the gaps (front and rear) on the passenger side, the ground won't cause that.....
it is a little bit higher on the back left corner but it looks worse on that slope because there is actually some slight body roll caused by the slope.
