Default Serious Opionins Needed.

Hey guys well, my skills with fabrication have come along way with the help of many courses, and jobs i have done for people or myself. I have done mechanical engineering courses (fitting + turning and machining) also welding and am looking to start making various items for ver small costs, because im a good bloke.

I dont plan to do anything major as i have basic tools but the general items i plan to make are some of the following.

Transmission Spacers (Suit XJ)
Extended Sway Bars (Suit XJ)
50mm Reciever Recovery Points
Extended Rear Leaf Spring Shackles
Possible: Steering Box Brace.
Possible: Rock Rails
Possible: Chassis Stiffners

I want to keep it simple atm, as im unsure to demand. Ide be willing to make a few samples and let various well known members test the products.

I Only have a small selection of tools/ machines. Eg: MMA (Arc Welder), WIA MIG Welder, Drill Press, Bench and Hand Grinders, and loads of hand tools so turning and machining is out atm, Aswell as tube bending.

Any opinions would be great.

Thanks!
Basher

Why not chat to Wooders and find out what the demand would be on some of these things? I spoke to him about a steering box brace a long time ago as he was going to start getting some made up - maybe you can be the fabricator, and he can be the retailer?
