Look at how I did the wiring here.

Been running perfect like that for 8 years now.

Step 1 - Well you grab one bit of rectangle shaped metal thats really long and you hold it above the car and with a screwdriver or any other pointy item you have within hands reach you mark a point where the length looks about right. Then you cut it where you marked it.

Step 2 - Grab some flat metal thats pretty tough but not too tough... Bend it a bit... then a bit more... then bend it back cause you bent it too far. Clamp it to the rectangle bit of metal and hold above vechile. Start step 2 again cause it looks wrong. Once you have something looking good. Bend it again a bit further down. Copy for the other side.

Step 3 - Weld the bent bits of metal to the rectangle bit.

Step 4 - Make the really bendy bits by bending more metal. Drill some holes and spray it all black.

Step 5 - Put some bolts through it!

Step 6 - Have a beer or two! After the first 6 beers the light bar will start to look Ok.... after another 6 it will look ********ing amazing!!!

Presented like a true professional ... well done ...

Give us an update in a few months in regard to how well your clamp system holds up with use. Could be a real good option for lots of applications.

Just wondering though ... between the 6th & 7th beers ... did you run another weld over the originals shown in your photo ... When my welds used to look like that ( as they did for many attempts ... ) things had a tendency to come apart ...
