Default Jeep J10 Ute

Hi Guys,

New guy just wondering about J10 Ute's.
Spotted one for sale, engine wont start but have about 5 diesel mechanic mates and they reckon will start.

Just wondering about part availability?
And also how they go off-road etc?

Nice, ill check the VIN and such though, well atleast if the engine goes there's a few around.

The original motors are UD diesels not exactly the same as the Nissan 3.3 but very similar. 3.3 turbo will go in but it's not a straight swap. Lots of other bits are similar to full size Jeeps but are uniquely J10. Jeep only sold 3 decent models in Australia in the 60 odd years they have been available here, the J10/CJ10 is one of them.
