recovery kit (snatch strap, shackles, whatever you need to safely attach them to your vehicle, shovel), first aid kit, water, snacks, change of clothes if there's mud can be a clever idea too.

If its a night run, bring a torch.

If it was Sunday I probably woulda been in! Only just got my 4x4 and definitely real keen for doing a run to glasshouse sometime though - never been myself either.

Any plan?

I've only been upto Glasshouse last weekend for the first time, but I was winging it/exploring the easy stuff solo so I don't know the tracks well enough to navigate at night - or really the day for that matter. In any case if tonight doesn't go ahead I'm keen for a Sunday run starting Mid/Late Morning (Can't do an early start, locked into mountain biking first up).

Cheers - Check against all of them apart from the "Safely attach them to your vehicle" portion for my Shovel & Hatchet... the 2 things i'm not keen on valcroing to the roll bars
