cowwee, reading in an old thread here..... how is the fuel consumption now you have been driving for few months, highway cycle and on the dunes?

also is yours manual or auto... will be doing these upgrades, but will be making my own exhuast, so the jet stage 2 chip is the only thing ill be buying...

Sorry to drag up an old thread but had a couple of questions about the chip.

Hows the economy going with the chip??

Also can you go bigger tyres with this setup and if so how do you adjust the speedo and shift points

Can you use the AEV procal with this chip??

Hiya mate,

My economy is sitting at around 14-15 L/100k...i don't drive slow tho!
That is with the original tyres...i do have a set of 33" MTZs but they use upto 17-18 L/100k!
With the 33s the speedo is correct (100 is 100!)as with the original tyres it was over-reading by 2-3 km/hr (100 was about 9. You can't change the speedo or shift points with my chip...have to get the Hypertec chip.

What is the AEV Procal?

Just thinking that maybe you should make the exhaust tip removable. Then when you go off road you just remove and save crushing it.
