Found a couple of links for ECU re-mapping and flash re-programmers.
The first says you're able to turn off the service lights not sure if this also means specific chimes.

Might be worth looking at if your brave & into the DIY. Best approach is a Jeep dealer or mechanic who can do it. Most of these products state the default settings are saved for re-loading......Watch Jeep warranty issues here??.
This is what I'd do: Undo those hex socket head screws (they're not fake as some think) pull off the dash, find the chime & wire in a on/off switch....The old KISS principle
