I enjoy Mt Mee state forest. It's a basic track really but the best fun is to go after some good rain. Put the mudchuckers on and hit the track. There is a climb called 'A Break' that is alot of fun in the wet. Other than that it can be a bit boring but is a good days drive.

thats a pretty good assesment of Mt Mee, you could do A break in a Rav4 but after rain is when it comes alive... I wonder in Jeepology still has the pic of whats been dubbed (not by me) Simsy's line... I almost rolled it there

Simsy.....I haven't got a Rav 4 but if you own one i would be more than happy to give it a go for you!

My mate had a saying about 'A Break' in the wet....."One of the only places your wheels turn forward but your car goes backward!"

Been a while since i have been up there (few years now) but looking at taking my brothers (new to 4wding) up there soon for a day trip. Time they got some scratches on their soccer mum vehicles! Might actually find Dianas Bath up there this time as well.

Warning too all.

Mount Mee is where we first put our TJ to the test, and test it we did. We are on our 4th set of rear uni's. We have had an absolute ball there and living at ferny grove its quite close.

After some recent rain we donned the muds and headed out at 8.30am. we were home again after a pub lunch at 1.00pm. There is nothing left.

Every good track has been defiled by the wanna be copper dead s#!t green beret looser rangers. Not only trees on tracks but massive fences and gates.

MY national park that I pay tax for is now no longer mine but I guess I still have to pay for those povo bastards wages even though they now don't have to do anything anymore.

Just another example of Nazi bureaucracy telling us what we want.
Funny I thought they served us not the other way around.
