Is it even possible to put a 6litre in legally in Oz, I thought you were only allowed a 20% increase in Queensland and a mototor like that would twist a JK chassis in 6 monthe, they aren't exactly beefy, reminds me of the people dropping litre V8's into hilux's. I love a V8 but for me I would think a 4.7 done well would be plenty of poke, but still oversized to get a blueplate, unless we could get a LR 4.0 or something in there, not sure what else is about, a small chev on LPG might work, the big problem is all the computer interfacing. It seems supercharging is the easy answer legally, minimal mods to comply.

you boys have way too much spare time and play money. If i had the money i'd go the hemi. Very tough engines and with wiring conversions allready done less headache. Shano what's with this toyota, nissan ####. They are not any better just more common. If jeep are so #### why do you think they have been used so extensively for comp work? Nissan have only become so popular because they are so common and cheap to get hold of the base vehicle. Each make has its own merits and all this mine better than yours is ####
