Anyone here running the ARB front bumper without the plastic caps?
I was wondering if there was any reason why I couldn't.
At present the Jeep fits into my garage by 1-2" length ways and losing those caps would give me an extra 2-3" and make parking a little easier.
would it be breaking some wacky pedestrian safety stuff or something?
Im interested as well as i crushed one of mine when i put a front wheel on the bonnet of an old Falcon. I was thinking of just taking them off alltogether
Theres nothing underneath it is just a circular hole where the crush cans stick out on US models. Im with you regarding getting rid of the stoopid plastic things and getting something fabbed up to cover the hole left behind but I think you'd need to take the bar off and refit it which is a massive PITA!!
