No it won't - the accelerometer (air bag sensor) is located in the transmission tunnel.

The ARB US site says the bar is non-air bag compatible www.arbusa.com

Where does it specifically state this?

All I found was the below chart that states they are compatible, either way if you pull out the crush cans on the front of a JK bumber you will find that it is in no way connected to the ACM. As I stated before TJ's and JK's don't have forward crumple zones which are commonly effected by bull bars. If the vehicle has forward crumple zones ARB incorporates them into their bars, they are then tested, generally 'Autoliv' in Melbourne conducts these compatability tests.

Here's the chart that states compatability/airbag approved even though no part number has yet to be listed

Link to chart on the ARB USA site - http://www.arbusa.com/USA-Vehicle-Ap...tion_chart.pdf

Bugger thought you might ask, i was trying to find where again last night. I got linked to a site a week or so ago and i'm sure(?) it said non air bag compliant. I agree with what ya saying it all makes sense it just seemed odd that they were saying it wasnt and was off an road bar. Unless this was to cover their arse legally or perhaps i just had too many beers that day

Thats a really ordinary effort on ARB's part with that front bar. Compare to AEV's offering it makes them look like a bunch of backyarders.
