My CC failed due to a simple vacuum leak... who'da thunk it?

Lucky you. This one is all 100% electronic. Two computers not talking to each other.

Speaking of Cruise Control does any one have a post update with cruise control that would be able to take of a photo of how the servo is mounted in the engine bay. The factory instructions advise that no holes need to be drilled and I can't figure out which way its mounted on the drivers side. Once I have got that mounted I will then look at tackling the vacum line and then eventually the switches.

I have seen the engine bay of a pre update with cruise but that has a smaller servo.

Any pics would be greatly appreciated.

Those Chrysler idiots!

It has to be unlocked to work in a 01TD, since our Diesel is totally electronic controlled. The unit won't work -even if installed correctly.

Go back to the dealer and whack them pretty good.

In the first instance, I advise to download the Factory Service Manual, which can be done from this site, not sure where it is located, but it is here somewhere. Has a detailed description of how cruise control works
