Yeah, there is a publish "manual" on fixing various leaks - I believe you can find it on-line.....it weird that some JK's leak and some don't....mine's never leaked a drop.

Having had a detailing business, I use a product called Gummi Pflege on all my seals. Seals are supposed to be soft and supple (if in good condition they should feel like a dogs nose) and I've found on a lot of 4WDs owners don't seem to care or refused to wash their vehicles or if they do care clean their trucks with harsh cleaners.

My JK leaked like a sieve when I first bought it second hand. Now with a regular wipe down of all the seals after it's washed and treated with a seal conditioner every couple of months it doesn't leak at all.

Yeah, I only have a very small leak on the tailgate. The only reason I picked it up was due to a bit of surface rust on the hold down bolt which secures the boom box.
I haven't even bother to rectify it.
I don't include that deluge of water which crashes down when you open the door, that would drown a duck.
I don't run the deflectors on the doors either.

I get puddles on both front floors. It's been back to jeep and had new header rubbers twice now and that shits me as much as the leak! $60 in taxis to go back and fourth from work. It stopped for a while then came back.

Listen to this man! Dust will suck the moisture out of the seals. I clean and condition with Pflege monthly, no leaks here.

This was exactly what I was getting and water was under the matts steaming away at the carpet in Brissy's hot weather now no more wet front carpet.
This could be the fix.
