mine had the death wobble sounds like what you have i put 33 inch tyres on is all gone now

My XJ had it that bad i was seriously scared i was going too be thrown out the window i had too try too slow down and that in itself was no easy feat, its the scardiest i have ever been in a car!

Thanks everyone, imgoing to take tomorrow off work and start with getting the zero toe in alignment and ask them to check over the front end, it does seem awfully farmiliar to the other posts

At the moment its running a 4 inch lift with standard arms and 31 ats, also have a set of 33 tsl super swampers that i put in the garage as i thought they may have been the cause but it appears not.

Its good to know im not alone in this problem

ive never noticed anything on the side of brake pads saying left or right, might have to have a look?

I didn't either till it was pointed out to me, couldn't work out why they didn't feel right. Moral of this story, don't drink so much beer when putting car together.
