They use genuine parts
They can not reject any warranty work if I ever need it (or at least it makes it a lot harder for them to do so) Which could be a saving of a few thousand on it's own down the track.
I am talking about a JK service by the way.
I think $350 for a service like that is more than fair.

Yup i'm with you guys... I'll only have mine done at the dealer... Even if it is much more expensive... At the end of the day, they are trained by Jeep to fix Jeeps. Other Mechanics are trained to fix cars, not Jeeps... Sorry but my Jeep isn't just any old car!
Plus JTO is right, I have any probs with warrenty, they bend over backwards (and i mean backwards!) Only the head mechanic works on mine and he does it straight away! (then we talk about wheeling for 20 minutes!)
I get a loan car, I get dropped off if its a day thing and the peice of mind that comes with it being serviced by the dealer....
Call me crazy but with the crap I put my JK through, and they fix it EVERY time I have even the slightest problem, with a smile!
When I pick it up, the head mechanic comes out, has a chat and lets me know in person what he did and what was wrong.. then the salesman & the Sales manager who I bought it off comes out for a chat, a listen with baited breath when I tell them what I put her through!
The least I can do is get it serviced there! (plus they give me coffee!)
Oh that and... my Lease company pays for my servicing
Yes thats right, my jeep is a Company car (and i'm allowed to mod it
)
