" Hummers (the four wheeled variety) are best left to Gold Coast drug runners, Ganxsta wannabies, homo's and people that wear camo clothing out of necessity....."
Interesting concept but pointless towards my decision making.
Giki > This is what I'm trying to look into (running costs). The TJ is cheap relatively cheap to fix and no matter what the fuel price is, I'm using way more then I would like to. The hummer (auto) if driven appropriately should give me around 12L/100. That would be a luxury compared to the TJ.
Since it comes under GM I figured anywhere holden etc gets serviced, my hummer could too. Or I need to get my cousin who's a mechanic to look into the hummer thing. But alas, do need to look into this.
BrisNut> Hummers are the opposite of Dr Who's Tardis, You open the door climb in and suddenly feel you've climbed into something with the interor space of a Barina"........ Remember I'm comparing it to my TJ that I've been running without rear seats since i purchased it so i could GET more room. Compared to it, there is plenty of room. But yes, i also thought it would be bigger when i first saw it.
Odelay> Point taken....thanks for that information. An eco-terrorists hey..... may need to get a pink sticker made up 'peace, love, no war'....
And finally Simsy...... I've never been cool, whatever gave u that idea. Lol. Always going against the trend my dear.... Like to be a little different. I feel the hummer could be my TJ's big brother. Play dates and all ya know
I've also been quoted 47k for the H3 Adventurer with all the pretty bows and whistles. Now if I could convert it to gas....hmmm.....
