I had that with my WG, not this mob though and the p%#@s blamed me, even though I clearly noted model.............. they carried on so much I modified the brackets myself was easier ........ just black marked them for future purchases along with telling all and sundry not to bother with them......... Yet I have had other mobs like FWD1 who sent wrong bit, apologised over the phone and express couriered the right one to me, I was most impressed with their service.

Hey mate I was looking at getting some of the bare bones rock sliders by off road animal so if you have trouble sending them back shoot me a message if you're in Melbourne.

Default customer service ....

My experience.... a while ago took my WJ in on a saturday morning.... no one around. I had just scored a bar (genuine jeep) and went in for some advice as i was unsure of product fitting. Asked if i needed brackets between bar and frame. Response was $100 and you will have to book it in for us to have look? Thanks but no thanks... Second time a 18 months ago (now a WK).... tire size question over the phone - 285 on 20 inch rim....(hang on I will ask an expert - someone in the back ground) no way they will tear up you inner guard not even close....now been on vehicle since that date no issues... for me never go back and i am 10 mins from them.
