Hey Rodge & Robyn

What colour were you able to order your plates in? Could you get an orange?

I have red on white "2 ROCKS" on my Paj which was ideal as it's white, but I would have liked to get red on black for the TJ.

However I think they would disallow from a readability standpoint. I've seen the colours on the DPI web page, but I'm also sure I've seen some "non-standard" ones running around on cars...pink, purple etc (hmmm, they'd look great on the Jeep). lol

Cheers
Mike

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!! ....im going to suggest to Robyn white on orange or black in a slim line for the front and 1/2 size for the rear (under the RR Taillight)

yeah Wooders, Jason did one helluva job doing Tigger up - the more i look the more things i find that really impress me - we are very fortunate - thanks again Jason

BTW Jason, Tigger is getting some well deserved attention at the moment...hes been fully serviced and the camber problem with the front tires is being addressed - we found the axle bent .004mm so out it came and over to Perths WA Diff King (a good friend of ours - thanks Brian! )...he straightened it out, adjusted the pinion and put new seals in it....ill be putting it back in today and have sanded/polished/sealed the diff guard and cover to look like new...also a new boot for the panhard balljoint...then its off for a fresh alignment and then back to the pits for flight clearance...the new bushie is on and a new stereo and speakers are on their way as well as flush corner lights...the insurance comp is going to replace the chipped up windshield (we added several more on the way home)...also replaced the plastic wheel centercaps with nice new chrome metal ones...immediate plans are for increasing the hp with extractors/cat/thermotec, electric fan and bored throttle body...might pull the intake and have it extrude honed as well...heres pics of Tigger in his current state of condition - cover your eyes Jason! (um, the cheezy mudflaps are only temporary so ignore those and no , theyre not bolted to the bushies)

Wow!

Those shocks are looooooooong!

I only have 31's to push round but I'd be interested to know how the HP mods go...I was considering a Unichip and Eddie suggeted 4.11's, but that might have to wait a while. I have a winch and dual battery system for the Pajero to get past the "Finance Department"...does the throttle body thing really work?

Enjoy Sunday at Lanno...lucky !@!#$%^&*!!!!

Cheers
Mike

more air in, more air out (tbs, manifolds, extracts etc...)ALWAYS a good thing!

poor ol' Tigger wont be going to Lancelin - the axle is weak and returned to its original bent position after reinstalling it...wont have time to fix this up and get him legal before sunday so will be driving the old Chero

that story sound similar to me and my wife .
we used to share the driving of our NH Paj (lifted and 33s) and she got the bug and wanted a fourby of her own ,preferably a jeep
we found a tj in Moe ,Vic (on the net) bought it over the phone
i flew over and inspected it, paid the cash, and bought it home to Tassy on the ferry ,
2 months later found a cj6 (The Hornet) in the local paper got it on the road ,now we both drive a jeep and the Paj is our tourer .
Jeez it's great doing IMPORTANT stuff with your wife !!!
Cheers

Hi Tassiecj6

"Hear, hear!"

Hmmm, that's why I'm thinking we might have to get a 4dr Unlimited too! The his & hers thing seems pretty popular in Jeep-land.

I still couldn't sell my old Paj though - it's part of the family now.

Cheers
Mike
