A brand new Teconsha Voyager. I don't know if it is faulty or it has a bad connection, but once disconnected, problem fixed. I connected the trailer on the weekend & when the trailer plug was connect, i couldn't even get out of the driveway. When disconnected, away we go. I went back to the schematic diagrams & the brake circuit is connected to the throttle circuit. I have been running the car now for a week & no issues. I am going to reconnect the controller with new wiring to see if it was a bad connection, apart from that, it's a new brake controller.

That is fantastic news. I also had a problem with my aftermarket Electronic Brake Controller. The issue was simple, the rear brake lights decided to stay on but the car still drove. I just unplugged it and I haven't had a need for it for over 18 month.
I'm glad it wasn't the Commanders fault. Well done and we'll keep this problem in our data base.
