Yeh but I think they maybe a bit noisy on the black top though and the fuel economy might be down slightly. LOL

Actually, if my tyres were any good, and if I had have been paying a bit more attention, I wouldn't have got myself into that sloppy mess. By the end of the weekend I'd torn quite a few lugs off

It's not the High Country which is way south in cold Victoria. It's 1600km north in New South Wales near the Queensland state border. It can be cold here and snows about once every 20 years but the weather was perfect over Easter between 15c to 27c. There are granite boulders and outcrops every where. In fact the region is called Granite Belt.

Here's another shot doing a hill climb with a bit of air under the front end. It was very dry and dusty too...

Default Off Road with Rubi

Took Rubi off road today for the first time.
So happy with how it performed. There was a Pootrol with a front locker and a Navara.
All got stuck except Rubi......and didn't even use the diff locks.
Had to winch the Pootrol out twice. Other times we were able to snatch out.
Here are a couple of pics.......

Cheers, Craig

Had a great ANZAC weekend up the NSW central coast at Myall Lakes. Great place! Beach driving in the evenings with a spot of surf fishing.

up early in the morning for a cruise up the lakes and river in the little Roof topper...

...even nailed this fella for lunch - just under 2kg.
