Nice one Warren, looks good, you bringing it to Camp Coffs to scratch it up


Well over the past few days we been working on mine with Michael and Jeremy.
So far we have
1. Replaced AMC 20 Carrier as pin was flogged out
2. Dedust and adjust on rear brakes
3. Replaced Oils in Engine, Diffs, Transfer Case
4. Replaced Drivers side engine mount (bit that bolts to chassis)
5. Replaced both axle unis in front axles
6. Got rotors ground, New Pads, Calipers rebuilt
7. Getting tie rod machined to take an adjuster like on drivers side so when they are stuffed i only have to change the TRE
8. Removed fuel pump and capped it off
9. Installed and connected up new Holley fuel pump
10. Wired up my driving lights
11. Put in new Tappet cover gaskets
12. Replaced gearbox mount
13. Replaced brake fluid
14. New seals and bearings etc in front diff (spindels etc)
15. New sway bar bushes

hmmm Think thats about it

Today we removed the fuel tank to find where it was leaking only to find the
fuel lines had rubbed through, so we replaced all the fuel lines from fuel pump
and return to the tank with rubber hose..... MUCH better now, don't leak!

ill attach a pic of the mod to the tie rod for anyone interested!

What did I do today?

Out with the old.........
(35 Centipedes....... blah)


In with the new.....
37x13 Boggers



Still to do:
-redo bump stops
-finish brakes on D60
-regear front to 4.88
-cut, grind, cut again
-longer rear shocks
-Jtruck front guards for more clearance
-spacers for wider track
-fab front bar fit winch
-lift rear bar 2" to suit BL
-fit spare HID kit i have laying here somewhere
-maybe give it a wash for its birthday
-fix some crappy LPG wiring
-wheel it till it busts.
-fix it
-wheel it again.
