But even if they don't get a seat this must make the other parties take note that there are votes to be gained or LOST by pissing off the motoring community.
If they do get up, best they work on getting rid on the restrictions in national parks. They should also get cattle back into the high country. That will help to keep the tracks clear & give them support from the Nats.

i did a stack of reading into the AMEP - they start for a HEAP of things that i believe in is GOOD....

BUT... (yes there is apparantly always a but)

they list on thier own website, all the things they want to do, and will do for motoring enthusiats... - right down the bottom of them page is asks them (what will we do if elected) - their answer is... we don't know you help us figure out what to do (in basic my speak)

they will get elected have all these good things to do but not know what to do or how to do it. one reason i didn't vote for them. i believe in what they want but they have no idea what they want and they want the public to help them figure it out... (that's not what it's about)

but i'm happy that they got a seat though, hopefully they will have thier heads screwed on enough now to figure these things out and start putting fourth the things they want to do

bring on nicer safer roads

if the wrong person/people is representing the motoring public in parliament it could be more damaging than having no representation at all ..............

What i just read above (not flexy`s post) was not what i read on the AMEP site
,perhaps if you dumb it down then remove half what is on the site then dumb it down some more you might take what you just posted from it
ps i became a member because i believe in actually doing something to contribute to changing the way motoring enthusiasts are being treated in this country

This. Me too. There's no way I could do anything on my own. Becoming a member of the AMEP gives me the opportunity to do something positive for my lifestyle.
