I run doors off on most fine days. I recently had to meet with the Police on another matter, to do with vandalism at a school I volunteer at, and I shook their hands right next to my doorless Jeep, and got in and drove off without them batting an eyelid.

TJ's dont have side intrusion bars built into them, for protection in a side impact.
JK's do.
So if you want to drive a jeep as they were intended then dont get a JK cause you are not allowed to drive with no doors.
Use the search function. people have even posted up letters from authorities.

From the research I've done in the past it is completely legal for a TJ with compliance plate prior to July 1997 to run no doors provided you have side mirrors. Don't remember if that is for Vic only.

well done kenny.

that means in Vic, no doors, no problems.

Probably a good idea to have a print out in the glove box.

I already have and the screen shot on my phone lol.

It says nothing about mirrors but when your driving with no doors you generally have no roof on and you have almost a 360* view just by moving your head.
