Default OBDII scanner

Hey all, does anyone know if there is a OBDII scan tool for the Commander or generic Jeep cars which can run diagnostic and check clear fault codes??

Check out this cheap OBDII scanner on Ebay. It's a wireless bluetooth back to your laptop. Cheap as chips! I'm thinking of buying one just to see if it works. You can't go wrong for the price.

I purchased a Garmin Nuvi 1490 last week and was looking at getting the Garmin OBDII Bluetooth scanner to use with the built in OBDII Ecoroute software. Would love to know if this works in it's place with the Ecoroute software built into the GPS.
Anyone have one to test?

OK I blew $30 inc. postage to get one of those for a look. Hopefully it won't take over the ECU and do evil things!

Will try to remember to report back, but if not, bump the thread to get my attn.

I looked at the bluetooth ones but ended up buying a cabled on to hook into my incarpc, the bluetooth ones can be a bit of a pain with a carpc in that they dont reconnect after hibernate etc. Ordered it last night along with a ODBII Y cable so I can also run the scan gauge and compare the two initially. Mine was $21 including postage.

Cheers
Steve
