Default help i have a vibration

i have a vibration (somewhat a slight shutter) on take off from 10-15kph kind of like what you get from mud tyres, then at 60kph all the way up to 100kph a vibration that can also be felt through the floor (even by the misses) only when i have my foot on the accelerator (accelerating to speed or just cursing).

i did go 4wd'ing on sunday up what is normally a very easy track but after all the rain became some what a challenge, one hill i was getting stuck into the jeep trying to keep up momentum then i slipped down into a rut on the opposite side of the track which brought me to a halt from bottoming out and the front left took a decent knock, I'm not sure if this is what has caused the problem but assume it has.

any help or direction on what to check would be appreciated.

Thank you paul

check flat spots in wheels/rims , check for broken engine mounts , check for bent steering rods (panhard, rod ends)
check for mud stuck on rims on the inside of, , but most like you have bent, damaged a rod or end.

Also check your front diff rubber mounts, especially the front one.
Bleetnblurt has covered most other things, a dollup of mud on the inside of the rim has caught me before.

The front diff mount is a very common problem with the Commander & Grand. The rubber diff mount can tear and will give shudders as described.

Sorry i haven't been on here for a few day i have been working 14 hr days (silly season aarrrrrggghhhhh), thanks for the reply, the first thing i did was a wheel rotation and clean hoping thats all it was, well i hope it's something simple as a bent rod end and diff mount, but I'm going to have to wait a couple of days before i can check it out I'm so flat out atm. will i see a bent rod visually or is it something i have to take in to get checked.

i will keep everybody posted.

finally i have had time to get under the jeep, with my visual inspection i found the front mount on the diff cracked and split but still tight, unable to see if the upper two are split but from what i could see they didn't look to bad (might do all anyway 1 is shot how much longer until the others go), front lower control arm bushes are cactus but everything else seems ok.
where is the best place to buy new bushes from,

thanks in advance
